The metrics are computed deterministically from your operational records — the same inputs produce the same numbers every time. Those metrics roll into six dimension scores and one Business Health Score. AI then reads the calculated result and explains it: what moved, why it matters, and which action is worth taking first. The AI does not produce the numbers, and it cannot change them.

Does AI calculate my business numbers?
No, and that distinction matters. Every metric and every score is computed deterministically from your operational records — the same data always produces the same result. AI reads the finished calculation and explains it in plain language, suggests what to prioritise, and answers questions about it. It never produces the figures themselves.
What data does it use?
Your own records inside AutoMyra — leads, customers, quotations, invoices, payments, tasks, tickets, conversations and attendance. There is no external data set and no benchmark against other companies' data.
What happens if I have only just started?
The score carries a confidence based on how much of the underlying data actually exists. A business with three weeks of records gets a score that says it is provisional, rather than a precise-looking number built on almost nothing.
