Turn WhatsApp conversations into business growth.
Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. The problem is where those messages live: on personal phones, outside the CRM, invisible to everyone except the person holding the handset. AutoMyra connects WhatsApp to the official Business API and puts the conversation on the customer record.
What usually goes wrong
- Customer conversations live on personal phones and leave when the employee does
- Two people reply to the same customer, and neither knows the other did
- There is no record of what was promised on WhatsApp when the invoice is disputed
- Broadcasts go out from a personal number and get the number blocked
- Nobody can measure response time on the channel most customers actually use
The official API, a shared inbox, and the conversation on the record
AutoMyra connects to the official WhatsApp Business API through Meta. Your team works one shared inbox instead of a phone each, replies go out from the business number, templates are the approved ones, and the thread stays against the customer in the CRM.
WhatsApp CRM in AutoMyra
- Official WhatsApp Business API — A Meta-approved connection with your own verified business number — not an unofficial bridge that can be cut off.
- Shared team inbox — Every conversation in one place, assigned to an agent, with the history visible to whoever picks it up next.
- Customer context — The company, the open deal, the last invoice and the open ticket, beside the message you are replying to.
- Message templates — Approved templates with variables, so a notification goes out correctly the first time and inside policy.
- Campaigns — Broadcast to a segment on a schedule, with delivery and read status recorded per recipient.
- Automated replies — Keyword and trigger rules that answer instantly, with cooldowns, active hours, buttons and lists.
- Human handoff — A rule can hand the conversation to a person, so automation stops the moment it stops helping.
- AI assistant — An assistant that answers from documents you supply, and hands over to an agent when it should.
- Lead capture — A WhatsApp conversation becomes a lead in the CRM, with the source recorded.
- Consent & opt-out — Opt-outs and consent are recorded and honoured, because on this channel that is not optional.
- API & webhooks — Send from your own systems and receive events on your endpoints. The reference is public.
- Engagement analytics — Per-contact engagement, campaign performance and conversation volume, computed from what was actually delivered.
Questions about WhatsApp CRM
Is this the official WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. AutoMyra connects through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API using your own verified business number. It does not automate a personal WhatsApp account or use any unofficial bridge, both of which put a number at risk of being blocked.
Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes — the number is yours and stays yours. AutoMyra connects to it; it does not send on a shared number, which is what makes the conversation part of your customer record rather than someone else's.
Can I send bulk messages?
You can run campaigns to a segment using approved message templates, and delivery and read status are recorded per recipient. What you can send, and to whom, is governed by WhatsApp's own policy on templates and opt-in — AutoMyra records consent and honours opt-outs so that stays true.
Are WhatsApp charges included in my plan?
No. Meta bills conversations separately from your AutoMyra subscription, and those charges are passed through at cost. The pricing page sets out how WhatsApp usage is treated.
Can automated replies hand over to a person?
Yes. A rule can be set to hand the conversation to an agent, and the AI assistant does the same when it reaches something it should not answer. Automation is meant to cover the first minute, not to trap the customer.
